Mornings are my happy place. I love my morning routine. I wake up extra early, make myself a cup of coffee, and then get back in bed to read for 30 minutes. I love walking to the gym and finding that first glimpse of sunshine on my face. Then eating my favorite meal of the day, breakfast.

My perfect breakfast is 2 eggs, greens, avocado, and a slice of sourdough. Early-Ish started out in my kitchen, because even though I would love to have that breakfast every day, it simply wasn't happening. There were many days when I either didn't have time or to be honest was just feeling lazy that day. When I went to the grocery store to find a quick breakfast option, I didn't find anything I loved. And so, the first Early-Ish bites were created. They were my take on my ideal breakfast.

To me, Early-Ish means being excited to eat food that is nourishing your body. It is a place where eating well is easy because you know that every ingredient has been carefully chosen to provide the most nutrition. It is a place where anyone can be a morning person.
